Mac not only is knowledgeable of the housing market in the Atlanta area, especially in Cobb, he also worked over and above to get our house sold at a reasonable price / time.

He made sure that all the items including plants which the buyer requested remove a few hours before our closing, were taken care off. He knew that we were on our way out of the State that same day, so he did this pro-actively, and did not even bother us.

Mac even continued checking on us during our cross country trip from Atlanta to Las Vegas, even just to say hi.

We were lucky to have him as our realtor. He made the process less stressful and it flowed smoothly.

This year we are especially thankful for your awesome professional assistance in selling our house on Stoneywick. With the remote closing, I don’t feel like we had a “moment of closure” to properly thank you for taking such good care of us through the whole process. With the final piece of escrow wrapping up earlier this week, and Thanksgiving, this seems like the opportune time.
