Our family recently sold and bought a home in the Smyrna, GA area with the help of Mac Scheidegger, Owner/Broker Step Realty.  We had lived in our home for more than 14 years before the need for more square footage outweighed our love for our home.  Mac was very helpful to us as we came to a well-grounded understanding of the value of our home and of the homes that we were considering for purchase.  His deep knowledge of the local market proved essential in helping us identify the appropriate selling points for our home as well as helping us through decisions about whether we should make further investments to increase the selling price.  We were able to sell our home in a significantly shorter time period than we expected.  But, over and above those things Mac was actually able to create buying opportunities for us that didn’t exist without his efforts.  Mac went over and above when he reached out to and convinced sellers who had previously decided to take their home off the market.  Our family loves our new, and we thank Mac for making it available to us.
