11 years ago, new to the area, I met Mac while looking for a house. I had no agent at the time but had spoken to quite a few. Mac seemed so personable, did not pressure, and was easy going. So, yes, I engaged him to help me find a house. The Retreats was just being built and was one of my top choices but in the end, found a really nice home in Powder Springs. Long story short, 3 homes later, and now in the retreats, Mac helped with each buy and sell. Since we’ve known each other so long, he knew what I would like and somewhat insisted I see a home in the retreats and yes, it was exactly what I was looking for and would be comfortable with. But he still showed me options so that my decision would be well rounded.

Well, I just passed 3 years here and the house, community, and neighbors couldn’t be better.
