This year we are especially thankful for your awesome professional assistance in selling our house on Stoneywick. With the remote closing, I don’t feel like we had a “moment of closure” to properly thank you for taking such good care of us through the whole process. With the final piece of escrow wrapping up earlier this week, and Thanksgiving, this seems like the opportune time.

I don’t think we could be any happier with the outcome of the sale, given all of our concerns going in about price/market, condition, repairs, dealing with the sale from out of state, and so forth. I am amazed by your network of fantastic and affordable! contractors and service providers and am glad we were able to tap into that great resource. And among all of the crazy bumps in the road (termites?) you really went above and beyond in handling all of the details and helping us keep things on track.
