Our home in Vinings Estates was on the market for a year before we found Mac. We had already moved out of the city and needed some aggressive help “on the ground”. We needed someone we could trust, who would give us good advice, even when it wasn’t what we wanted to hear, and someone who made us feel like he was really interested in getting us the best possible price in a tough market. Mac was all of that. He met with tradesmen to negotiate small repair jobs for us because we could not be there, he actually visited our empty house on a regular basis to make sure things were well dusted and tidy, and best of all, he communicated with us on a very regular basis. When we were worried about ever getting an acceptable price for our house, Mac was the voice of optimism and positive thought. It all worked out great in the end.
